My name is Sam Paiva and I am the sole craftsman behind Four Quarter Studio. Every piece is made by me in my workshop in Toronto. I love working with people to design and make something unique that they can cherish for their lifetime. It all starts with hardwoods from local lumber suppliers. The natural grains, textures, and colours of these woods are incredible on their own. Using these woods, I design and make a huge range of pieces from dining tables, wine racks, and desks, to folding screens and plant stands. I am open to making almost anything out of wood.
